Lovely hotel in a great location.

Very clean, lovely staff. Excellent shower and bed.

Earlier start to breakfast service (especially room service) would make this more convenient for business travelers. Slightly slow food service in the restaurant and limited choice of a la carte if you don’t want a whole buffet.

Beautiful location.

We ended up booking a room here after a ferry mix-up meant we had an extra day in Dominica. We had already returned our rental car so we chose a hotel within walking distance from the port (500m). Beautiful room and pool. Friendly staff.

Expensive…should include breakfast for the price.

Fort Young, ok

Room was comfortable, hotel had a great view of the ocean, hotel strategically located for easy access to other locations.

Hotel needs a floor plan map. Renovation is ongoing and it seems like an old section is joined to a new section, but traversing the grounds seem to be a bit of confusion at times.

Great hotel amazing location and super friendly staff.

Great Hotel ans freshly renovated rooms. Loved everything about it including the friendly staff. Pool right on the ocean and you can watch a beautiful sunset from there. We had super comfortable beds as well and a nice room with ocean view

The hotel restaurant is not up to the standard for the hotel. It’s very expensive for what you get and the quality of the dinner buffet is by far not what you would expect for that price category. Breakfast was ok but not all things are always available and it’s a bit pricy as well

Great location; fantastic views

The location-easy to walk into the capital & view main tourist sites in Roseau. Staff are very friendly & accommodating from the reception desk to the housekeeping to the restaurant staff. Colleen who works in the restaurant/pool area was really very pleasant& friendly to chat with. She showed a genuine interest in knowing that one was having a good time. Love the decor of the room-showcasing the history of the island. Like how they used the stone material in the design of the hotel by the lobby & surrounding area. The views from the hotel are fantastic-waking up to the ocean view-there are no words for that .

Nothing-if there is anything I would say maybe more staff is needed in the restaurant area as the staff have a hard time rushing back & forth to clear tables for persons coming in for breakfast & bringing any orders.

The location and view were good. The rooms were comfortable

There were issues with the wifi. The blow dryer was affixed to the wall and not powerful enough.

The hotel was nice and clean however the rooms are extremely dated, especially the bathroom area.

The communal areas are comfortable, food food especially the themed nights on Monday and Tuesday when the upstairs restaurant is closed. Pool area is good.

Roseau was badly hurt by Hurricane maria, so there are still working in the hôtel on that !

The property is historic and beautiful!! The rooms are comfortable, spacious and have a great view of the sea from the balcony!

I didn’t appreciate the occasional flying insects that hover around the sink/ bathroom area.. But on a tropical island what is to be expected right?????‍️ The housekeeping staff did a decent job, but I believe that fresh towels and ENOUGH bathroom tissue should be a priority not an option. Also, the television (which comes in handy when you have small children in the room on a rainy day, and it WILL RAIN!) has really poor service as does the WiFi. Really bad WiFi service in a fairly expensive hotel room is a big problem and should be addressed and rectified.

The location. By the sea and close to all services and offices.

The dining room was closed on Monday and Tuesday and the only available meal was the buffet at fixed price.

Exceeded my expectations from a tourism skills and services perspective

If you have planned increase of room stock and therefore more guests, then you should seriously consider more on-site services and offerings and further you should not shut down all in'house options so early when there are no off-site options.
